Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience.
• Requires at least 1 year in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments for a unified dining experience.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
• Must stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark coaching model.
• Reward and recognize employees.
• Ensure performance meets objectives and client expectations.
• Plan and lead daily team briefings.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify client needs and report progress.
• Manage and review P&L statements.
• Deliver financial targets and optimize margins.
• Oversee front-of-house operation with the Food Service Director.
• Direct food service activities to deliver finished products.
