A school district in Tulsa is seeking a Registered Dietitian to ensure compliance with nutrition regulations and support menu development for the Child Nutrition Services program. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in nutrition and be a registered dietitian with a minimum of one year experience in large-scale food service. The role involves training staff and ensuring student-centered meal services. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in K–12, institutional, or large-scale food service.
• Experience with automated food production systems preferred.
• ServSafe and AllerTrain certifications required within six weeks of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local school nutrition regulations.
• Support the development of compliant menus and dietary accommodations.
• Train staff on nutrition education and ensure food safety.

Conocimientos

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels

Knowledge of federal and state child nutrition program regulations

Analytical and sound decision-making skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field

Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential

Master’s degree preferred
