Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in K–12, institutional, or large-scale food service.
• Experience with automated food production systems preferred.
• ServSafe and AllerTrain certifications required within six weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local school nutrition regulations.
• Support the development of compliant menus and dietary accommodations.
• Train staff on nutrition education and ensure food safety.

Skills

Education
