Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in custodial work.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the State of North Carolina.
• Ability to perform medium physical work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move objects.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax and buff floors.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Dust and clean desks and furniture.
• Empty trash and manage recyclable materials.
• Police grounds and assist with basic maintenance as needed.
