Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work.

Responsibilities

• Clean building interiors daily, dust areas, wash windows and tile.
• Mop floors, vacuum, empty trash, and maintain bathrooms and supplies.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Open/close the building, set alarms, and ensure doors are secure.
