Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods and equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax floors and clean surfaces and restrooms.
• Move furniture and set up rooms for events; assist with special cleaning.
• Lock doors, set alarms, and maintain security in assigned areas.
• Perform minor maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Assist with summer cleaning/restoration projects and seasonal tasks.
