Job summary

HES is seeking a full-time custodian to lead a 2-7 person crew, own the building’s quality, and ensure a clean, safe facility during the 2nd shift at school sites.

You will perform general cleaning, move furniture, and support classrooms while collaborating with the Account Manager and Building Administration to meet daily needs. Benefits include medical, life, dental, vision, and paid vacation.

• Must be able to read, write and comprehend duties.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with a diverse group of people.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-7 people and own the building's quality.
• Perform general cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, wash windows and surfaces.
• Move, set up, and arrange furniture and equipment as needed.
• Respond to work requests and communicate needs to management.
• Support classrooms and teachers with setup and maintenance.
