Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates and works with food service staff to meet meal service times and satellite delivery schedules.
• Reviews production records and plans cooking times; selects standardized recipes and ensures ingredients and equipment are prepared.
• Accurately weighs and measures ingredients; performs calculations to adjust recipes for yield and portions.
• Prepares, cooks and heats a variety of foods including breakfast, lunch and salads; may prepare items for students with special dietary needs.
• Sets up serving counters, serves students and staff, replenishes food and items as needed.
• Directs staff and trainees; may supervise satellite lunch operations and staff meetings; attends training sessions.
