Qualifications

• General Experience: experience in preparing and cooking food.
• Specialized Experience: quantity cooking in large quantities.
• Substitution: associate degree may substitute for experience.
• Temporary Assignment documentation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Plans and coordinates meals to meet service times.
• Reviews production records and plans preparation and cooking.
• Weighs ingredients and follows recipes for yield.
• Cooks and assembles meals and supports dietary needs.
• Sets up serving areas and replenishes items as needed.
• Trains and may supervise cafeteria staff.
• Attends staff meetings and completes required training hours.
