Job summary

Mindful Health in Texas is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to grow referral networks with hospitals, clinics, and mental health providers. You will report to the Corporate Director of Strategic Planning and Development and focus on building stronger partnerships and driving awareness.

The role involves outreach via calls, emails, meetings, events, and coordinating tours, with opportunities for advancement as our clinics expand across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, or behavioral health providers preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Depedable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, mental health professionals, and other facilities.
• Grow and maintain referral relationships within the local behavioral health and healthcare community.
• Engage with psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practices, and other providers to drive awareness and referrals.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking events.
• Schedule and facilitate facility tours and coordinate with on-site teams.
• Plan and coordinate quarterly events to attract and engage referents.
• Represent Mindful Health at local industry events and conferences.
• Develop and maintain quarterly and annual strategic outreach plans.
• Organize and manage weekly outreach schedules for efficiency.
• Assist in managing the business development budget responsibly.
• Respond to inquiries from community partners with a customer-service mindset.
