Deep Centered Mental Health is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to build referral relationships in the Austin market and drive new patient growth. This field-based role focuses on partnering with healthcare providers, practices, and community organizations to expand awareness of our services.

You will conduct regular in-person outreach, track leads, and collaborate with Business Development and Clinical Leadership on growth initiatives.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, referral development, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related community work is preferred.
• Familiarity with Austin healthcare landscape is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow referral sources throughout the Austin market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners.
• Track outreach activity, leads, and outcomes.
• Meet outreach and growth goals and share market feedback with leadership.
• Build partnerships with providers, practices, and community organizations.
• Conduct in-person outreach and follow-up with partners on a regular basis.
• Represent the organization at events and provider meetings.
