Mindful Health Solutions is seeking an Physician Outreach Specialist to grow and develop physician referral relationships in the Chattanooga area. You will spend significant time in the field visiting referring providers, attending networking events, and leading patient-focused educational outreach.

The role requires collaboration with clinic operations, marketing, and leadership to support growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or communications.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with physicians/providers or medical practices.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance policy (PHI/HIPAA).
• Strong written and verbal communication and networking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify referral sources and grow physician referrals through on-site visits, events, and community functions.
• Support established growth metrics for clinics (consults, new patient starts, no-show rates).
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referrals based on trends.
