Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States is seeking a skilled business development professional to manage relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and health systems. You will drive referral growth and ensure alignment with service options and program requirements.

The role emphasizes educating partners, clinicians and families to support post-acute care transitions and to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. In-office presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Graduate of nursing, therapy, or social work programs is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws for Medicare home health/hospice operations.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources to drive growth.
• Educate referral sources, patients and families about services and program requirements to improve transitions and outcomes.
