Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field with at least five years of teaching experience.
• Three years of educational administration experience preferred; state certification in educational leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing a district-wide Positive School Climate program.
• Collaborate with district leadership to set consistent strategies and goals for climate improvement.
• Oversee development of policies, procedures, and forms for discipline and student support.
• Supervise Behavioral Learning Specialist and ensure alignment with district policies.
• Coordinate professional development for district staff on school climate and behavior management.
• Communicate program policies to parents and community partners; provide workshops and information sessions.
