Job summary

Cary, NC-based district role leads at the district and school level in implementing elementary and secondary social, emotional, and behavioral programs. Interprets and analyzes data for progress monitoring of referrals and other data, coordinating central services staff to improve student outcomes and climate.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Administration or related field.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional development.

Responsibilities

• Builds coordinating teacher capacity through coaching and feedback.
• Engages in data analysis of district and school level SEL/behavior data.
• Monitors long- and short-range goals to improve school climate.
• Coaches staff in SEL/behavior plans and multi-tiered supports.
• Collaborates with divisions to align district strategies.
