Job summary

Cibastrategie is seeking an Administrator-School Climate to coordinate district and school level SEL/behavior initiatives, collect and analyze data for progress monitoring, and support staff to improve student outcomes and school climate.

The role requires MTSS knowledge, strong Office and Google Apps skills, and experience delivering professional learning and coaching teams. Hybrid telework with occasional evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, budgeting and fiscal requirements.
• MTSS knowledge and understanding of evidence-based SEL/behavioral interventions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Effective human relationships to function as a team member within department and at school sites.
• Ability to evaluate programs for fidelity and to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to organize and coordinate responsibilities and deadlines.
• Ability to compile and analyze data within a database management system.
• Ability to design and deliver professional learning to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Builds staff capacity through coaching, delivering professional development and monitoring implementation.
• Engages in needs assessments and reporting data analysis of district and school level academic and behavioral data.
• Collaborates with other divisions and participates in cross functional teams to foster alignment.
• Assists with grants, contracts, and other resources supporting program costs.
• Attends meetings, workshops, and conferences to stay current on intervention strategies.
• Coordinates professional learning, school support meetings, and district activities.
• Supports district goals to reduce disproportionality in discipline and data sets.
• Contributes to a high functioning team with self-awareness, relationship skills and decision-making.
• Provides onsite support and problem-solving for students, classes, and schools.
• Coaches staff in SEL/behavior plans and multi-tiered supports.
