Job summary

Wake County Public School System seeks a Coordinating Teacher-Behavioral Health Coach to support district-wide and school-level implementation of K-12 social, emotional, and behavioral programs. You will analyze data for progress monitoring and guide instructional staff to improve student outcomes and school climates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in general education, special education, or a related field.
Demonstrated successful teaching or training experience.

Responsibilities

Supports district and school goals for discipline and school climate data.
Coaches staff through classroom observations, modeling, co-teaching, and feedback.
Delivers professional learning aligned to goals and data.
Monitors data to evaluate intervention efficacy and supports improvement.
Collaborates with district and school teams to sustain SEL/behavior supports.
