Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cafeteria aides to ensure efficient food service operations.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals while adhering to established nutritional and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cafeteria, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Train new cafeteria aides on proper food handling, safety protocols, and customer service procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with school or facility administration to accommodate special dietary needs and menu changes.
