Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ supervisory experience in hospital food and nutrition.
• Able to analyze financial data and develop budgets with understanding of facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all team members.
• Ensure food is properly portioned and presented; service meets established standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation, infection control, and facility policies.
• Ensure team adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Registered Clinical Dietitian.
• Perform all other related duties.
