Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, bake and serve foods in quantity at an assigned school site.
• Assist in other food service operations as directed and perform POS duties.
• Maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Operate kitchen equipment and cash register; follow health department regulations.
• Record temperatures and maintain food quality, taste and appearance.
• Train and direct others as directed by the Food Service Manager.
