Responsibilities

• Cook meat dishes, vegetables, salads and sandwiches.
• Ensure food safety through proper temperatures and sanitation.
• Train and supervise other kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storerooms.
• Assist with inventory and record-keeping for meals.
