Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake rolls, biscuits, breads, cakes, cookies and other baked goods.
• Prepare and cook meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; assemble salads, sandwiches, fruits, soups and sauces.
• Monitor temperatures to ensure safety and quality; maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
• Serve meals to faculty and students following guidelines; replenish serving containers as needed.
• Clean equipment and work areas; assist with inventory and record-keeping of food items.
• Assist in events and banquets; maintain routine records and help with storage of supplies.
