Responsibilities

Prepare and bake rolls, biscuits, breads, cakes, cookies and other baked goods.
Cook meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; prepare salads, sandwiches, fruit, soups and sauces.
Determine appropriate quantities and adjust recipes; maintain food quality and safety standards.
Monitor temperatures for safety and sanitation; ensure proper temperatures for sanitizing.
Serve meals according to guidelines; replenish serving containers and handle cash/transactions.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and storerooms; maintain storage and inventory records.
