Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required by Kentucky law.
• One year experience cooking and baking in large quantities.
• Cook/Baker must complete training course for certification of beginning school food personnel as prescribed in 702 KAR 6:045.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, bake and serve foods in quantity at a school site.
• Maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Train and provide work direction to others.
• Record amounts of food sold and monies collected; assist with inventory.
