Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake rolls, breads and other baked goods per recipes.
• Cook meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; prepare salads and sandwiches.
• Assist in determining quantity of food items for cooking and baking; adjust recipes as needed.
• Monitor temperatures to ensure safety and quality; monitor sanitation processes.
• Serve food per guidelines; replenish serving containers and assist with lunch service to faculty.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and storerooms; ensure sanitation compliance.
