Qualifications

• Previous food service experience REQUIRED.
• Previous school food service experience preferred.
• Quality food production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Check deliveries against bid specs and invoices and report discrepancies.
• Storage: Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.
• Pre-Preparation: Supervise production of scheduled menu items and record data.
• Service: Supervise meal service and maintain portion control and display.
• Meal Count/Cash Collection: Supervise meal counts and cash handling following policy.
• Sanitation: Oversee sanitation per procedures and attend sanitation workshop.
• Inventory: Record inventory levels and report as needed.
• Physical/Working Conditions: Lift 30–50 lbs, work in warm/noisy kitchen environments.
• Equipment: Operate slicers, choppers and other kitchen equipment safely.
