• Meal Count/Cash Collection: supervise meal count and cash handling per rules.
• Sanitation: supervise sanitation; attend a 10-hour Sanitation and Safety Workshop.
• Inventory: record inventory stock levels.
• Physical Effort: frequent lifting 30–50 pounds; sweeping and mopping.
• Other Duties: perform duties as assigned.
