Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Previous school food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and lunch meals following approved recipes.
• Ensure quality, portion control and nutritional requirements for menu items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices per the food service child nutrition program.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment, assists with other kitchen duties as assigned by cafeteria management.
