Responsibilities

• Service: supervise/participate in service of attractively merchandised, portion-controlled meals.
• Meal Count/Cash Collection: manage meal counts and cash handling per policy.
• Sanitation: oversee sanitation according to procedures.
• Attend a ten-hour Sanitation and Safety Workshop.
• Inventory: record and report stock levels timely.
• Physical/Equipment: operate kitchen equipment safely and manage physical demands.
