Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a LifeWise vehicle driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. The role requires a mature Christian faith, a clean driving record, and active participation in a local church aligned with our beliefs.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within 5 years.
• Regular driver’s license; CDL with passenger vehicle endorsement may be required for 15-passenger vehicles.
• CDL for 15-passenger van may not be required depending on vehicle size.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children; enforce safety rules.
• Volunteer in LifeWise classroom if approved by Director.
