Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time vehicle driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. The role requires a clean driving record, punctuality, and alignment with LifeWise beliefs.

CDL with passenger endorsement may be needed for larger buses, plus a background check and annual physician statements. In this role you will transport students and LifeWise volunteers, follow traffic laws, keep the bus clean and mechanically safe, and

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church with doctrine aligned to LifeWise Faith.
• Regular driver’s license; CDL with endorsement for passenger vehicle for 15+ passenger seats; or no special license for 15-passenger vans.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
