Voyageur Bus, operating as Minnesota Coaches in Duluth, is hiring School Bus Drivers to support daily routes, field trips, athletic events, and special transportation needs. We will train the right people from day one, with paid CDL training and on-site testing.

Part-time, flexible scheduling (25-30 hours/week) with day, evening, and weekend opportunities. Benefits include profit sharing, 401(k), attendance and safety bonuses, and potential signing bonus where applicable.

• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students on routes, field trips, and charter events.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Assist passengers during boarding and unloading, including students with special needs.

• Communicate with dispatch and teammates and provide excellent customer service.
