Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking experienced CDL school bus drivers for the Silver Lake Bus location. The role involves safely transporting students on designated routes, assisting passengers, and maintaining records while delivering top-notch customer service.

Starting wage is $28.69 per hour with a safety bonus up to $1.00 per hour, weekly pay, and opportunities for extra charter and activity work. Part-time schedules with morning and afternoon routes and summer options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus along assigned routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities, during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and incidents.
• Communicate route changes or passenger needs with dispatch and team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers and ensure safety of students.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while providing excellent customer service.
