Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is recruiting experienced school bus drivers for Minneapolis routes. Starting wage is $28.69 per hour with a potential $1.00 per hour safety bonus and at least 8 paid hours per school day.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is possible for CDL holders; training is provided for non-CDL candidates. Positions offer morning/afternoon shifts with no regular nights or weekends, summers off, and options for extra charter work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in school bus driving is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical understanding for pre-trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Previous childcare experience is an advantage.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by policy.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
• A commitment to safely transporting students.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities, during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents on the route.
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations while driving.

$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS

Earn up to $31.31 per hour with 8 paid hours guaranteed every school day!!

Minnesota Coaches is hiring experienced CDL school bus drivers in Minneapolis. If you already have a CDL with school bus endorsements, you may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

We are seeking dedicated and responsible route drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, some mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with diverse populations, including children and individuals with special needs.

YOUR PAY

• Starting wage: $28.69 per hour

A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU
