Job summary

Community Council of Idaho is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver/Custodian to provide safe school transportation for students and families and to help maintain center facilities and grounds.

The role requires knowledge of traffic and safety laws, the ability to operate and inspect a school bus, perform pre/post-trip checks and basic custodial tasks, and to support staff and volunteers during events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of traffic and safety laws and regulations.
• Ability to operate and inspect a school bus.
• Capability to perform pre/post-trip inspections and safety drills.
• Ability to perform custodial and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide school bus transportation to children, parents, and other passengers as assigned.
• Operate and inspect a school bus; perform safety checks and drills.
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports and maintenance logs.
• Clean and maintain custodial facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Assist in moving furniture and setting up for events; supervise Bus Monitors.
• Maintain confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records.
