Job summary

Child-Parent Centers, Inc. is hiring a Driver Custodian to transport preschool children and maintain clean, safe facilities. The role requires active driving, custodial duties, and collaboration with bus monitors at the Head Start center.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a High School Diploma or GED, valid license, and a willingness to obtain agency CDL/endorsements within the specified timelines. In-town travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Submit a valid AZ Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to start date.
• Possess a valid US driver’s license and a clean 3-year driving history.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from the center following safety standards.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and ensure bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform custodial duties and maintain classrooms, playground, and grounds.
• Support bus monitors and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain CDL and recordkeeping requirements as needed.
