Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in Lunenburg, MA for a part-time school bus driver. Pay is $33/hour with paid training at $20/hour, and a split shift (AM/PM) on weekdays only.

Weekly pay with guaranteed minimum hours, plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus for being fully licensed. CDL training is provided, and attendance and referral bonuses are offered along with a part-time benefits package including dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license with P & S endorsements or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
• Clean driving record in good standing
• Age 21 or older with minimum 3 years driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Proficient in English (speaking & writing)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $33/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes

Requirements
