Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver in Shelburne Falls, MA. No CDL? No problem—we provide paid training and will train you for CDL Class B with P & S endorsements. You will transport students safely and perform pre/post trip inspections on local routes.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (effective March 6, 2026), weekday hours, weekly pay, and benefits as part of the TravelKuz/Beacon Mobility community.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain—training provided
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Effective communication in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate with students, families, and school staff
• Follow state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $27.81/hour (effective 8/24/26) Paid Training: $20/hour

Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (effective 8/24/26)

Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)

Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays

Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

Requirements
