Job summary

TravelKuz, a part of F.M. Kuzmeskus Inc., is seeking a Part-Time School Van Driver in Gill, MA to transport students safely to and from school and events. The role features a split AM/PM schedule, no nights or weekends, and opportunities for extra hours with a supportive, safety-first environment.

Paid training is provided; starting pay is $24.40/hour with a $20/hour training rate. Weekly pay and guaranteed minimum hours are included.

Qualifications

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate or willingness to obtain (we train)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & 7D physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats)
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle; communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

F.M. Kuzmeskus Inc. (TravelKuz) A Driver is responsible for transporting clients from their pickup point to their destination in a timely and safe manner. Using a vehicle to successfully transport people, performing pre-trip inspections, performing child checks post-route, and keeping their vehicle within DOT regulations are the most important tasks of the driver. Pay & Schedule

Pay: $24.40/hour (effective 8/24/26)

Paid Training: $20/hour

Schedule: Part-time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
