Job summary

NRT Bus in Hudson, MA is hiring a Part-Time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events on local routes. No CDL? No problem—we provide paid training and support to obtain the necessary license.

This role offers a split AM/PM schedule on weekdays only, with guaranteed hours and competitive pay. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid CDL B with P&S endorsements or be willing to obtain them, pass a background check and drug screen, and communicate professionally with

• CDL Class B with P&S endorsements or willingness to obtain—we train.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Able to pass background check & drug screening.
• English communication skills (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
