NRT Bus | Newbury, MA

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. If you are already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements, you are welcome to apply.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $31‑$32 per hour
• Paid Training: $20 per hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27 per hour
• Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 (effective March 6, 2026)
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only—no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain through our training
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written)
