Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking a part-time school bus driver to transport students to and from school and events in Needham, MA. You will drive assigned local routes, perform pretrip and posttrip inspections, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.

Requirements include a CDL Class B or higher with endorsements (or willingness to obtain), a valid DOT medical card, and a safe driving record. Strong English communication is essential, with background and drug checks conducted.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

NRT Bus, Inc. School Bus Driver (Part Time) NRT Bus | Needham, MA

Earn a $8,000 Sign-On Bonus! No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. We're hiring now for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $36.05 (Effective 8/24/26)
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26)
• Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
