Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students in Dracut, MA. This role offers a split shift with weekday hours, paid CDL training, and opportunities for overtime on charters and activities.

Requirements include CDL Class B with P & S endorsements (training provided), a valid DOT medical card, a safe driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour

Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays. Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours.
