Job summary

Local Motion, LLC in Braintree, MA is seeking a School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events on assigned local routes. A CDL Class B with P & S endorsements is required or training provided. A DOT medical card and a clean driving record are essential.

Must be 21+ with 3+ years of driving experience and able to pass background checks and drug screening. English communication is required.

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements?

Earn a $2,500 Sign On Bonus (effective March 6, 2026)

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Up to $35/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
