Local Motion, LLC is seeking a School Bus Driver to transport students locally within MA. Training is provided, including paid CDL training if needed, with a focus on safety and community impact.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B or higher with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Bonus eligibility: MA school bus driver license/credentialing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes and service a route within driving distance of home.
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Earn a $10,000 Sign On Bonus (if qualified)

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Up to $35/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week
• Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do

• Must be willing to service a route at any location within driving distance of home location.
• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes

Requirements
