Job summary

Local Motion, LLC is seeking a School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and school events on local routes in Massachusetts. We offer a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for new Beacon Mobility employees, paid CDL training, and competitive hourly pay up to $35 with extra pay for charters and activities.

Typical schedule is weekdays with split AM/PM shifts and 30+ hours per week. Requirements include CDL Class B with P & S endorsements, DOT medical card, clean driving record, 21+ with 3+

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Up to $35/hour

• Paid Training: $20/hour

• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour

• Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week

• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
