Job summary

Local Motion, LLC is seeking a School Bus Driver to transport students safely on local routes within the Greater Boston area. Drivers must hold a CDL Class B with P & S endorsements or be willing to obtain them through our training program. Expect paid training at $20/hour and route pay up to $35/hour, with weekly pay and steady hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Earn a $10,000 Sign On Bonus (new Beacon Mobility employees only) No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Up to $35/hour Paid Training: $20/hour Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour

Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Must be willing to service a route at any location within driving distance of home location.
• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
