Job summary

WE Business Management, Inc. is seeking a dispatch/coordinator to schedule drivers and vehicles, relay messages, and maintain daily plans. You will contact employees via phone, radio, or text, resolve service requests with customers, and organize work orders and records across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• One year of transportation experience.
• High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles or equipment to locations according to schedules or requests.
• Relay information such as work orders to and from drivers and assistants.
• Use phones, radios or text to contact employees.
• Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems or requests for services.
• Prepare daily schedules.
• Prepare work orders for crew or receive them from crews.
• Facilitate communications within territories.
• Keep and organize work requests, charges, expenses and inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
