LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time CDL bus driver to transport students and volunteers between sites. The role requires a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs, a clean driving record, and endorsements for passenger transport.

Responsibilities include safe driving, bus inspections, and assisting students, with mandatory LifeWise training. The position is non-exempt and hourly, reflecting the program’s safety-driven, faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• CDL with passenger vehicle endorsement (P) required; School bus (S) endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

• Transport students and volunteers to and from the LifeWise site
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety
• Perform regular bus inspections and refueling when needed
• Create a safe environment for children and enforce safety rules
• Assist students entering/exiting the vehicle and monitor behavior
• Complete LifeWise Academy training and participate in classroom activities as agreed
