Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our Educational Services team. You will work with students with behavior challenges in classroom settings, providing one-on-one or small-group support as needed.

The role spans grades K-12 and requires adapting interventions to individual plans. You will help students meet behavioral and academic goals, observe progress, and communicate outcomes to teachers and administrators, contributing to a positive classroom environment and collaborative

Qualifications

• ABA experience working with children in school or home settings.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and school staff.
• Familiarity with IEP/504 plans and behavior support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Help students learn to manage their behavior to optimize learning.
• Observe and report progress toward goals outlined in IEP/504 plans.
• Support teachers and administrators to preserve a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with educators and administrators to meet diverse student needs.
