Covelo Group is hiring a Behavior Technician to join our Educational Services team. You will support teachers and school staff by working with students who have behavior challenges in classroom settings, ranging from K-12. The role involves implementing behavior plans and recording progress as outlined in IEP/504 agreements.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, steady under pressure, and willing to collaborate with educators and administrators to meet students' behavioral and academic goals.

Qualifications

• ABA experience with children in home, facility, or school setting preferred
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and data collection is a plus

Responsabilités

• Help students learn to manage their behavior to optimize learning
• Observe and report progress toward IEP/504 goals
• Support teachers and administrators in implementing behavior plans
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment during classroom activities
